We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in perfect condition (tags, packaging intact, unworn and unwashed). Boots can only be exchanged if the soles are free of scratches and in perfect condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk on carpet only until you are certain they fit properly.
